So many memories of great family times. We probably spent most holidays with each other, Fenzel & Griswold families. Jeff loved the celebrations, especially at Aunt Ali's or Aunt Lorett's.
His favorite was to laugh about the anecdotal stories, folks we heard about, but never actually knew.
One about Jack & Ida, cousins of our grandparents. Jack wanted to leave, Ida was busy saying goodbyes, and so he would leave-without her! So it became my husband & me. Allen left the party, I was "Busy saying goodbye", and so he left. Jeff came to the rescue to give me a ride home (mile or so) but we laughed all the way home. From then on we were Allen & Patti, a/k/a Jack & Ida.
Love you Jeff, we celebrate that you are at peace with family in heaven!
