BINGHAMTON - Mildred L. Brush, 100, of Binghamton died Friday January 11, 2019. She was predeceased by her husband Richard N. Brush, her parents George and Lena Locke, a brother Morris Brown and sisters Helen Pysarchik, Sarah Zungali and Margaret and Al Sharak. She is survived by several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. Mildred was a member of St. Francis of Assisi Church in Hillcrest. She was a retired employee of Fairplay Carmel and worked at St. Francis cafeteria for children. She loved to bake lemon loaves and gave them to many people in Church. She enjoyed church picnics and dinners. The family wish to thank Amy Tuthill, Jan Kalvoda, Sandy Cineabox and Ed Savo, Fr. Tim Taugher and Sister Karen and staff of Willow Point Nursing Home, South 3. A Funeral Mass will be offered at St. Francis of Assisi Church, Chenango Street, Hillcrest, Thursday January 17 at 10 a.m. Entombment will be in Calvary Cemetery, Johnson City. The family will receive friends at the J.A. McCormack Sons Funeral Home, 141 Main Street, Binghamton, Wednesday from 4-6 p.m.
