Obituary of Louise J. Duffy

Louise J. Duffy, 86, of Binghamton died Tuesday, November 6, 2018. She was predeceased by her parents Joseph and Mary Cisek; her sister and brother-in-law Helen and Joseph Jastrab; her twin sister Lucille Cisek and her brother Victor Cisek. She is survived by her husband of 65 years, James Duffy; sons Paul, Thomas, Jimmy and Laurie (Nealon) and David; her grandchildren Nicole, James, Kelly, Haley Rayan and Jenna and great grandson Liam. She worked for IBM and managed Duffy Apartments. She was a member of St. Thomas Aquinas Church, Binghamton. Special thanks to her care givers Mary Mineno, Amy Levy and Colleen Porcari. Funeral Services will be held at the J.A. McCormack Sons Funeral Home 141 Main Street, Binghamton, Saturday at 1 p.m. Rev. Msgr. John Putano will officiate. Burial will be in Slovak Catholic Cemetery, Binghamton. The family will receive friends at the McCormack Funeral Home, Saturday from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy in Louise's memory may be made to Meals on Wheels, 85 Walnut Street, Binghamton, NY 13905.
