Dear Mrs. Hogan and kids,
Loved Bill!!!! Have known him all of my life thru St. James but really got to know him when I worked at City Hall. We would have the nicest conversations!!! Bill was the warmest, most kind person and everyone at City Hall loved him. Bill was a peach of a guy! Prayers for all!
