Rossanna (Sexton) Nash, 80, of Binghamton , died Wednesday February 28, 2018 at her home. She was predeceased by her parents Arthur and Dorothy Sexton and her mother-in-law and father-in-law, Ross and Louise (Reardon) Nash. She is survived by her husband of 60 years James Nash; her daughter Maureen (Nash) Schmidt; her sons Michael (Kim) Nash and James (Rhonda) Nash; her grandchildren Deanna Schmidt, Erica (Alex) Urda, Madalyn (James) Ramey, Ian (Brooke) Nash and Shannan Nash; her great grandchildren Eli and Seneca Urda; her brother Arthur Sexton; also many nieces, nephews and cousins. She was a graduate of Binghamton Central High School where she was a cheerleader and attended Broome Community College. She was a Past President and Program Chairman at the Phelps Mansion. She was a member of the Church of Saints John and Andrew, Binghamton. Rossanna worked at Binghamton General Hospital as an assistant to the head of Social Services as well as working at Leighton's Pharmacy on the South Side of Binghamton. A Funeral Mass will be offered at the Church of Saints John and Andrew, Vestal Avenue, Binghamton, Tuesday at 9:30 a.m. Entombment will be in Vestal Hills Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at the J. A. McCormack Sons Funeral Home, 141 Main Street, Binghamton, Monday from 4 to 6 p.m. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy in Rossanna's memory may be made to the Phelps Mansion, 191 Court Street, Binghamton, NY 13901 or to the Humane Society, 167 Conklin Avenue, Binghamton, NY 13903.
