Obituary of Robert M. Buckley

Robert M. Buckley, 65, of Harpursville, died Tuesday February 13, 2018 at his residence. He was predeceased by his father John Buckley. He is survived by his mother, Dorothy Buckley; a sister Diane Czekala; a brother Jim Buckley and his former wife Karen Buckley. He was a graduate of Johnson City High School and was retired from Binghamton University. He was an Eagle Scout and loved camping, hiking and the outdoors. He ran three New York City Marathons. Funeral Services will be held at the J.A. McCormack Sons Funeral Home, 141 Main Street, Binghamton, Monday at 5 p.m., Rev. Gerald J. Buckley, his uncle, will officiate. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Johnson City. The family will receive friends at the McCormack Funeral Home, Monday from 3 to 5 p.m.
