Eugene V. Trovalli, 89, of Binghamton died Tuesday August 1, 2017 at Willow Point Nursing Home. He was born December 1, 1928 in Rochester, NY. He was predeceased by his parents Joseph and Marie Trovalli; his brother Alfred and his sister Dolly; his mother and father-in-law William and Kathryn Conlon and his sister-in-law Judi Callahan. He is survived by his wife of 60 years Rita Trovalli; his son Michael Trovalli, Addison,TX; his grandchildren Jenna, Matthew, Shane, Rachel and Isabella; his brother- in- law Robert and Peggy Conlon and his sister-in-law Eileen and William Mlynarczyk; also several nieces, nephews and cousins. Gene was a veteran of the United States Navy and was employed by Security Mutual Life for 27 years. He was a retired Senior Systems Engineer from Electronic Data Systems after 17 years. He was a member of St. Thomas Aquinas Church, Binghamton. The family would like to thank the staff at Willow Point Nursing Home North 1. A Funeral Mass will be offered at St. Thomas Aquinas Church, Highland Avenue, Binghamton, Monday at 9:30 a.m. Burial will be in St. Augustine's Cemetery, Silver Lake, PA. The family will receive friends at the J. A. McCormack Sons Funeral Home, 141 Main Street, Binghamton, Sunday from 2 to 4 p.m.
