Obituary of Francis P. Heath

Francis P. Heath, 83, of Binghamton went to be with the Lord May 17, 2017 after a battle with cancer. He was predeceased by his parents M. Madeline and Perry Heath, his brother John Heath and his brother-in-law Gerry Hollenbeck. He is survived by his loving wife Jacqueline, his son John, his sisters Bess Hollenbeck and Kathleen Luberecki; also several nieces, nephews and cousins. He was a member of St. Thomas Aquinas Church, Binghamton. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and a retired employee of Vail Ballou. After retirement he went to work at West Middle School. He was happiest when watching, playing and especially coaching sports. The family would like to thank the staff at Willow Point Nursing Home, 3rd Floor South for the care they gave Francis. A Funeral Mass will be offered at St. Thomas Aquinas Church, Highland Avenue, Binghamton, Monday at 10 a.m. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Johnson City. The family will receive friends at the J.A. McCormack Sons Funeral Home, Sunday from 1 to 3 p.m.
