Charles H. (Kelly) Buck, 57, of Binghamton, died unexpectedly Thursday January 28, 2016. He was predeceased by his father, Charles H. (Pat) Buck; grandparents, Charles H. and Rena Buck, John and Lillian Kelly; uncle and aunt, Jim and Marilyn Cruess. He is survived by his daughters, Ashley and Mary Buck; his mother, Margaret (Peg) Buck; former wife, Theresa (Miernicki) Buck; sisters, Pat and Bob Giblin, Katie Buck-Kennedy, Therese and Ed Jacoski, Mary Pat and John Savage; brother, John Buck; along with 19 nieces and nephews and many cousins. Kelly was a graduate of Johnson City High School and Broome Community College. He received his B.S. degree from Stayer University in Washington, D.C. Kelly was a financial analyst for corporations in the U.S. and abroad. Kelly was proud of his Irish heritage. He loved to travel, meet people and was known for his quick wit and endearing smile. As a Dad, he had an unwavering and unending amount of love and pride in his children. He will be missed. A Funeral Mass will be offered at St. Vincent dePaul Blessed Sacrament Church, Clubhouse Rd., Vestal on Tuesday at 10am. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Johnson City at the convenience of the family. The family will receive friends at the J.A. McCormack Sons Funeral Home, 141 Main St., Binghamton on Monday from 4-7pm. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy in memory of Kelly may be made to Dr. Garabed A. Fattal Community Free Clinic, c/o Clinical Campus, 425 Robinson St., Binghamton, NY 13901.
