Christine A. Mackin Spring, of Binghamton passed away Tuesday February 17, 2015. She was predeceased by her husband, Robert G. Spring; her brother, Francis G. Mackin; her parents, Frank and Christine Mackin; and her son-in-law, James V. Lalley. She is survived by her children, Christina Spring, Binghamton, Jeffrey and Theresa Spring, Binghamton, Douglas and Gerri Spring, Ocean Isle, NC, Susan Lalley, Binghamton, Patrick Spring, Panama City, FL., Ann and Mark Maloney, Portland, Maine. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Kate (Steve) Colamaria, Trish (Shaun) Horan, Colleen (Casper) Magacs, Geof (Rachel) Newton, Nicole (Jason MacMinn) Spring, Kevin Spring, Matt Spring, Jordan (Melody) Spring, Jim (Melissa) Lalley, Bob (Jessica Giroux) Lalley, Andrea Lalley Minor, Suzanne Lalley, Jake Spring, Peter Spring, Grace Maloney, Bridget Maloney and seven great-grandchildren. She was a member of St. Patrick's Church, Binghamton, a retired secretary with the Binghamton School District and a former member of the Monday Afternoon Club. She was an avid golfer and Bridge Player. She enjoyed her winters in Florida, spending time with her family and traveling. A Memorial Mass will be offered at St. Patrick's Church, Binghamton Friday at 10 a.m. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Johnson City. The family will receive friends at St. Patrick's Church Friday from 9 a.m. until Mass time at 10 a.m. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy in memory of Chris may be made to Achieve-CVI, 47 Riverside Drive, Johnson City, NY 13790
