Ann M. (Buckley) Walker, 79, of Binghamton passed away peacefully at home on June 20, 2016. She was predeceased by her daughter, Patricia; her sisters, Mary Korenka and Kay Perkins; and several brothers in law and sisters in law. She is survived by her husband of 58 years, Jerome Walker; her children, Roseann and Art Butler, Thomas and Clara Walker, and Teresa and Ed Spafard; seven grandchildren, Ben and Celeste Butler, Evi and Chris Doyce, Anthony and Katherine Butler, Molly and Rob Lee, Matthew Walker, Paige Walker, and Deanna Spafard; four great-grandchildren and two great-grandchildren on the way; her sister, Joan Hickey; her brother, Thomas and Cindy Butler; several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. She was a member of St. Paul's Church, Binghamton. Ann graduated from Johnson City High School and was a long time employee of the Binghamton City School District. After retirement, she and Jerry enjoyed 20 years as "snowbirds" in Clearwater, FL, where she met many more people she was proud to call friends. She enjoyed bingo, playing cards, shuffleboard and bowling. A Funeral Mass will be offered at St. Paul's Church, Binghamton on Thursday at 9:30am. Burial will be in Calvary Cemtery, Johnson City. The family will receive friends at the J.A. McCormack Sons Funeral Home, 141 Main St., Binghamton on Wednesday from 6-9pm. Expressions of sympathy in memory of Ann may be made to Hope Lodge, 110 W. Laurel Ave., Cheltenham, PA 19012.
