Joyce Marie Vaughn, 81, of Vestal, New York, entered into eternal peace surrounded by loved ones on June 5, 2026, at Guthrie Lourdes Hospital. Born in Binghamton, New York, on August 12, 1944, Joyce lived a life of great devotion to her family and friends. She is survived by her husband of 50 years, Ted Vaughn of Vestal; her daughter and son-in-law, Nicole and Matthew Manasse of Vestal; her son, James Vaughn of Chicago, Illinois; her much-beloved granddaughter, Adeline Manasse of Vestal; and her sister and brother-in-law, Sharon and Edward Michalak of Johnson City, New York. She was preceded in death by her son, Gregory Carpenter-Vaughn, and by her parents, James and Rose Reagan.

Family and friends are invited to pay their respects during calling hours on Wednesday, June 10, from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. at J. A. McCormack Sons Funeral Home, 141 Main Street, Binghamton, New York. A burial service will be held the following day, on Thursday, June 11, at 1:30 p.m. at Vestal Hills Memorial Park, 3997 Vestal Rd., Vestal, New York. Rev. James P. Serowik will officiate.
