Anne Spellicy Shelton, 90, died March 31, 2026 in Venice, FL. She was born and raised in Binghamton and lived in Johnson City for many years.

She was predeceased by her husband, John Shelton, in 2010. Anne is survived by her daughter Margaret Mary (Michael) Wohlrab also of Venice, Fl. She had 3 grandchildren: Elizabeth (Mack) Walker, Colleen (Margot) Babington and Patrick Wohlrab. She also had 2 beautiful great grandchildren, Virginia and Molly Walker. Anne is also survived by her brother John (Jeanette) Spellicy.

Anne was a literacy volunteer in Broome County. She taught religious education for many years at St. Thomas Aquinas Church in Binghamton and was a member of The League of Women Voters both in Broome County and Sarasota County in Florida.

Anne and John were members of St. Thomas Aquinas and Our Lady of Lourdes in Venice.

A Funeral Mass will be offered at St. Thomas Aquinas Church, Highland Avenue, Binghamton, Thursday April 23, 2026 at 11 a.m. Entombment will be in Calvary Cemetery, Johnson City. The Mass will be live streamed at www.sta-sp.org
