Arthur L Magill, 89 of Binghamton, NY was lovingly received into the arms of our Lord on Sunday January 4, 2026.
He is survived by his daughter, Wendy of Thornton, Colorado; Grandchildren Noah, Daniel, Braden and Ava; Son, Sean (Lisa) of Vestal and Grandchildren Morrigan and Keegan; Son, Ryan (Donna) of Binghamton and Granddaughter Lauren. He is also survived by his special friend Fran Antonacchio of Newtown, CT
He was pre-deceased by his Parents, Arthur Magill and Emma Amell, his loving wife of 50 years, Marcia Magill (Katcher), his best friend Gerald Knickerbocker and his favorite dog Walter.
Arthur graduated from Binghamton North High School and Broome Technical College. He was the Executive Director of Metro Interfaith Housing Management for over 30 years. After retirement, he founded Urban Park Management Group which managed Woodburn Court Apartments in Binghamton.
Arthur also owned several taverns in the Binghamton area in the 70's; most notably, he was the original owner of the Deacon's Bench in Johnson City and the Old Keg in Binghamton.
Some of his favorite days were spent skiing with his family, on the water at Cayuga and Oquaga Lake, volunteering at Mother Teresa's food pantry in Endicott and spending time with friends. He will be missed by so many.
Private funeral services will be held on a later date.
