Obituary of Catherine H. Kerjilian

Catherine Helen Kerjilian, of Binghamton, NY, passed away peacefully surrounded by loved ones on Monday, June 16th, 2025. Born in December 1951 in Cornwall, ON Canada, she was a proud college graduate, the first in her family to do so. She was an active member of her Church, the Women's Guild, and the Armenian community. A beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother, Catherine was predeceased by her husband and love of her life, Haroutune Kerjilian, her parents, and her brother. She is survived by her brother-in-law, five children and children in-law, four grandchildren, great-granddaughter, extended family, and sister by heart. She never met a joke or pun she didn't enjoy, and always had time to converse with everyone she met. A service will be held at St. Gregory the Illuminator Armenian Church on Saturday, June 21st at 11AM. A memorial dinner will be held in the summer.
