So sorry to learn of Frank's passing. I had the pleasure of working with him at the Press & Sun Bulletin and Binghamton University. A quiet kind soul, we had some very profound discussions over the years.

The years Frank and I spent together in the editorial writer's foxhole at The Press were the most meaningful of my 27-year newspaper career.
It was a privilege to be his colleague and an honor to call him my friend.
It was my privilege to work with Frank at both the newspaper and the university. Frank embodied the integrity journalism so desperately needs now.
Having the opportunity to talk over the day’s events with Frank and Dave Rossie in the old Press newsroom made working there more than worth the hassles.
I learned so much from working with Frank. So did those students who were lucky enough to get into his classes. I know he made a difference in their lives. He certainly made a difference in his community.
