Vincent Siciliano
May 11, 1954 – May 2, 2025
Vincent John "Vinny" Siciliano, 70, of Port Crane, NY, passed away peacefully on May 2, 2025. Born in Brooklyn, NY, on May 11, 1954, Vinny was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend who will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Jeanette Siciliano; his son, Ryan Siciliano, and daughter-in-law, Tess Siciliano; his cherished granddaughters, Reagan and Emma Siciliano; his daughter, Angel Fletcher; his grandson Nathanael King; his brother, Ernie Siciliano; and many other loving family members. He was predeceased by his parents, Nicola and Carmela Siciliano; his brother, John Siciliano; and his stepdaughter, Hollie Fletcher.
Vinny spent over 30 years on the road as a dedicated tractor-trailer driver and retired from XPO Logistics in 2020. During his career, he achieved the 1 Million Mile Safe Driving Award—an honor recognizing his exceptional safety and commitment behind the wheel. He relished the freedom of the open highway and took great pride in his work. He also loved riding his Harley—there was something about the wind and the road that spoke to his soul.
Vinny was known for his selfless love, fierce loyalty, and unwavering strength. Throughout his courageous battle with cancer, he held tightly to the words that became his anthem: "I choose to fight."
The Siciliano family expresses their heartfelt gratitude to the staff at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center and UHS Wilson for their compassionate care.
