William R. Mlynarczyk, 85, of Vestal, NY, passed away on April 29, 2025, at UHS Wilson Medical Center with his beloved wife Eileen by his side. Bill was predeceased by his parents, Henry C. and Margaret R. Mlynarczyk. He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Eileen (Conlon) Mlynarczyk; his sister, Margaret (Steve) Weist of Nevada; his brothers, H. Charles Mlynarczyk of Florida and Michael G. (Susan) Mlynarczyk of Oregon; and his brother- and sister-in-law, Robert and Peggy Conlon of North Carolina. He also leaves behind several nieces, nephews, and cousins. Born in Buffalo, NY, and raised in Rochester, NY, Bill was a graduate of RIT and Texas A&M University. He proudly served in the U.S. Air Force and spent many years working in the Transmission Department of NYSEG before later retiring from IBM. In retirement, Bill and Eileen enjoyed their time at Laurel Lake, PA, often seen walking with their dog, Murphy. A Funeral Mass will be offered at St. Augustine's Church, Brackney, PA on Bill' birthday, June 26, 2025 at 11 a.m. Burial will be in St. Augustine's Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the Church from 10 a.m. until 11 a.m. Bill was a kind and gentle soul. In his memory: Love your neighbor. Enjoy your friends and family. Take care of the animals. And live each day with gratitude.
