Ruth E. Miller entered internal peace at the age of 95 on March 30, 2025.

Ruth was predeceased by her husband George Miller, daughter Pamela Hayward and son Phillip Brooks (Margaret Brooks). She is survived by her daughter Sharon M. Adams, of Rochester, NY., her grandchildren, family, and friends.

Graveside services will be held at Calvary Cemetery, Johnson City, Monday , April 7, 2025, at 12 noon. Rev. Charles Opondo-Owora will officiate.
