Obituary of Barbara J. Stebbins

Barbara J (Wheeler) Stebbins closed her beautiful blue eyes for the last time on Monday, February 24, 2025. She retired from Anitec after working 30+ years as an Executive Secretary. After retirement, she spent many years with her very special companion travelling the world. Barb loved to golf, bowl, garden, do crafting and other hobbies, but most of all, she loved spending time with her people. Everyone who met her, instantly adored her. She was so well loved by all. Barb never missed a chance to stop whatever she was doing to have an adult beverage with friends and loved ones. She always said "If you don't have fun, I'll have it for you" and she really meant it. When asked how she was doing, her reply would be "I'm nice", which was an understatement. She was more than nice. She loved and adored her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren but there were many others in her life that called her mom that she equally loved and adored. She was a beautiful lady inside and out and the world will be dimmed without her. In honoring Barb's wishes, there will be no services. We will be toasting to Barb at a Celebration of Life for friends and family later this summer. Please reach out to one of her children for details if you are interested in attending.
