TO Kathy and the entire Cullen family: please accept our heartfelt condolence on the passing of Jim. Jim was a great friend and neighbor known to the Byrnes family for a lifetime. He always had a smile on his face, great stories to tell and was generous with his time to anyone who needed his help. RIP beloved one you'll always be missed. Mary Clare Byrnes, San Antonio, TX.

Cullen Family. I was sorry to learn of Jim's passing. I was at the Cullen Home each day for over three years. It was the pick-up spot for newspapers. There were many laughs on the porch with Jim and his brother Bill, along with the rest of the paperboys. Jim taught me how to change a snowball into an ice-ball for ultimate damage. He also upgraded me to a much better route and years later would tell me I owed him a beer or two for the better route. Jim always had a smile. May he rest in peace.

Condolences to the family. As I had previously said to a few of you, Jim certainly lived 9 lives. I have great memories of him from High School going forward....we sure had some laughs. I'm sorry to say that we will be unable to attend Cully's services but we will be thinking of you all. RIP Cully.....

I didn’t know him as Cully because I have a whole bunch of cousins named Cullen. My first memory of him is way back when the Binghampton Cullens came to Boston to visit the Boston side of the clan and we all laughed at our different accents. It was a party (or did I say potty?)
