Raymond D. Baldwin, 89, of Endwell, NY passed away on Sunday, May 14, 2023, at Lourdes Hospital. He was surrounded by his loving family during his final days. Raymond was born in Binghamton, NY to the late Victor and Beatrice (Gunther) Baldwin. He was predeceased by his loving wife of 63 years, Susan L. (O'Donnell) Baldwin, whom he missed dearly. He is survived by his loving daughters, Lisa (Michael) Walters, Kim (Marc) Irish, Teri Madigan. His grandchildren Christopher Walters (Cassaundra Thompson), Michelle (Dave) Arnone, Brian and Kevin Irish, Abigail and Emma Madigan. Great grandchildren Avery and Owen Arnone, Magdalena Walters. Sister Arlene Grogan and brother Jim (Amanda) Baldwin, sister-in-law Maureen O'Donnell, niece and nephews, and his longtime friend James Bohner. He was a retired employee of IBM, a member of the Quarter Century Club, and was a member of the Endicott Elks lodge for many years. He was a veteran of the Korean War, serving in the 82nd Airborne Division. Ray was a compassionate and devoted family man. His greatest love was spending time with his family. You could always find him sitting in his favorite chair working on a crossword puzzle or reading the latest James Patterson book. He will be deeply missed and forever in our hearts. The family is appreciative of the wonderful care he received from the staff at Lourdes Hospital. A Funeral Mass will be offered at Church of the Holy Family, 3600 Phyllis Street, Endwell, NY on Friday, May 26, 2023 at 11 a.m. The family will receive friends at Church of the Holy Family from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the mass at 11:00 a.m. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery, Johnson City, NY.
