Our Beloved Mother Pat (Papastrat) Anagnostakos, 89, of Binghamton passed away on Tuesday January 17, 2023. She was born December 8, 1933 in Gorani, Greece. She was predeceased by her husband Chris Anagnostakos, her parents Vasilios and Maria Papastrat and her sister Stacey Dikeakos. She is survived by her three loving daughters Tammy (Bill) Hronis, Maria (Eric) Nester and Dimitra (Evangelos) Myritis. Her cherished grandchildren Christina (Richie), Peter (Breea), Christian, Patricia, George, Elena and great-granddaughter Gianna. She had a loving and wonderful relationship with her siblings Helen Anastos, Voula (Louis) Diamantakos, Jean Alikakos, James (Georgia) Papastrat, Chris (Crystal) Papastrat, her special goddaughter Mary Elaine Stefos. Also, survived by her sisters-inlaws and brothers-inlaws Tasia, Georgia, Triandaphili, Pete, Voula, Stavros and Toula; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Pat was a beautiful, kind soul with a positive outlook on life always very welcoming with a smile and a kind word to say. She loved gardening and tending to her flowers. She enjoyed visiting and drinking coffee with her sisters and brothers and she especially loved spending time with her Grandchildren. Pat and her husband owned and operated the Red Robin Diner for 37 years. She was an active member of the Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church. The family will receive family and friends at Holy Trinity Church, 214 Court Street, Binghamton on Saturday, January 28, 2023 from 9:00 a.m. until 10 a.m. Funeral Services will follow at Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church, at 10 a.m. Dr. Rev. Michael Bahlatzis will officiate. Burial will be in Riverhurst Cemetery, Endwell.
