Obituary of Veronica E. Reschke

Veronica Reschke, 95, formerly of East Syracuse NY, died on February 13 at her home in Windsor NY. She was predeceased by her loving husband of nearly 68 years, William A. Reschke,Jr. Veronica is survived by her daughters Sister Susan Reschke,CSJ, Windsor NY, Ann (and Mark) Anderson, Mt. Morris NY, her son William (and Nancy) Reschke, Donalsonville GA, 7 grandchildren and their spouses, 12 great grandchildren ( and one on the way), 2 great great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews and her many friends especially the Sisters of St. Joseph at the Spiritual Center, Lizzbeth and Dan Murphy, Carole Ann Gifford, Jorie Ftorek, Marge Mangan, Michelle Pultz and Joan Short. Veronica lived her life rooted in prayer with a strong faith in God. She was a generous and loving wife, mother and grandmother who will be greatly missed by her family and friends.Her family wishes to thank Maria Berry, Jennifer Redmore and the Lourdes Hospice nurses and aides for their support and loving care of Ronnie. The family will receive friends at the J.A. McCormack Sons Funeral Home, 141 Main Street, Binghamton Thursday from 10 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. A prayer service will follow. Entombment will be in Resurrection Chapel Mausoleum at St. Mary's Cemetery, Dewitt, NY Thursday at 1:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers expressions of sympathy in memory of Ronnie may be made to the Spiritual Center 712 NY Rt 79 Windsor NY 13865.
