Obituary of Stacy Dikeakos

Stacy Dikeakos of Binghamton died Thursday September 8, 2016 at her home. She was predeceased by her parents Maria and Vasili Papastrat. She is survived by her husband of 51 years, Pantelis Dikeakos; her children, Steffie Dikeakos, Kiki Dikeakos, Voula Dikeakos, Vasilios Dikeakos; her sisters and brothers, Helen Anastos, Pat Anagnostakos, Voula and Lou Diamantakos, Jean and Dino Alikakos, James and Georgia Papastrat, Chris and Chrystal Papastrat; many nieces and nephews. She was a devoted member of Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church, Binhamton. She was very active and taught Sunday school and also taught Greek Dance. She valued her family and was very proud of her Greek heritage. She worked in the Binghamton School District for many years. Funeral services will be held at Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church, 214 Court Street, Binghamton Tuesday at 10:30 am Rev. Father Thomas Parthenakis will officiate. Burial will be in Riverhurst Cemetery, Endwell. The family will receive friends at the J.A. McCormack Sons Fruneral Home, 141 Main Street, Binghamton Monday from 6-8 pm. Trisagion Service will be at 7:45 pm. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy in her memory may be made to Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church.
