Mary R. Cadden, 81, of Binghamton died Sunday July 19, 2015 at the Willow Point Nursing Home. She was born March 12, 1934 to Matthew J. and Teresa J. Kelly Ryan. She was predeceased by her parents and her sister, Anna Mae (Ryan) Keenan of Friendsville, PA. She is survived by her brother-in-law, Robert B. Keenan; and her two nieces, Mary M. Keenan (Timothy Kerrigan) and Teresa A. Keenan (Carlos M. Indacochea). Mary is also survived by her very dear friend, Barbara Salisbury. She was a member of St. Patrick's Church, Binghamton and the St. John Vianney Club and a member of the Ladies Ancient Order of Hibernians Div. 1. Mary was an associate of the Sisters of St. Joseph of Carondelet. Mary was an avid NY Yankee fan, a proud Irish-American and a lover of small dogs, especially her mixed beagles and dachshunds. Mary was retired office manager for Dr.'s Gilroy, Landers and Meehan. Her family would like to thank the staff of Willow Point Nursing Home for their committed and compassionate care. A Funeral Mass will be offered at St. Patrick's Church, Leroy St., Binghamton on Friday at 12 noon. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Johnson City. The family will receive friends at the J.A. McCormack Sons Funeral Home, 141 Main St., Binghamton on Friday from 10:30am until 11:30am. Expressions of sympathy in memory of Mary may be made to the Sisters of St. Joseph, 46 Oak St., Binghamton, NY 13905.
